Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase. If a Woman Protocol product doesn't deliver what we promised — practical, honest tools you can actually use — we'll refund you. No drama, no exit interview.

The 30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund on the Starting Over playbook and any add-ons (audiobook, bonuses) bought with it.

To request a refund:

• Reply to your order receipt email, or write to [email protected]
• Include your order number (it's on the receipt)
• That's it. No form, no phone call, no "are you sure?"

We process refunds within one business day of receiving your request. Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

What's covered

• The Starting Over Playbook — full refund within 30 days
• The Audiobook Edition — full refund within 30 days
• Bonus materials bundled with the playbook are covered by the same guarantee

What's not covered

• Requests made more than 30 days after purchase. After that window, all sales are final.
• Coaching sessions or live program seats that have already been delivered.
• Requests after demonstrable, repeated abuse of the refund policy across multiple products.

Do I have to delete the files?

Yes. When you request a refund, you agree to delete any digital files you downloaded (PDF, audiobook, worksheets) and stop using the materials. We trust you on this. Continuing to use the materials after a refund is a breach of our Terms.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first. We will refund you faster than your bank can process a chargeback — and chargebacks cost us additional fees that we'd rather spend on better books. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may decline future business with you.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date will change when we do. Your purchase is governed by the policy in effect on the date you bought.
